印象派畫作常描繪人與人之間的愛與溫暖,展現自然和瞬間之美;而瑜伽則鼓勵人們深入連結自己的身體和周圍環境,兩者都倡導珍視日常生活的美好瞬間。「與印象共舞」瑜伽工作坊的參加者,將先由香港藝術館導賞員帶領欣賞塞尚和雷諾阿的畫作如何以柔和的色彩捕捉瞬間之美,隨後在瑜伽導師施淑婷(餃子)引領下,在靜謐的氛圍中練習瑜伽,在專注呼吸中感受靜態而充滿生命力的畫作,同時溫和地伸展身體,深刻地體驗當下的美好。
Impressionist paintings often depict a warm and harmonious atmosphere, showcasing the beauty of nature and fleeting moments while Yoga encourages individuals to connect deeply with their bodies and surroundings, both fostering an appreciation for the beautiful moments in daily life. Participants in the “Moving in Impressionism Yoga Workshop” will first be guided through Cézanne and Renoir’s paintings in the exhibition. Afterwards, under the guidance of yoga instructor Dumpling, participants will immerse themselves in the joyful atmosphere of Impressionist art, focusing breathing and gentle stretches, and deeply experiencing the beauty of the present moment.
